Whether you're looking to build strength, lose weight, or move with more confidence, 1:1 Personal Training offers a completely customized experience based on your goals, schedule, and preferences. Sessions are available in-home, at select local gyms, or in private locations across the East End.
We begin with a full consultation to determine your priorities—from weight loss to muscle gain, sport-specific performance, or just feeling better in your body. Your personalized program may include a mix of resistance training, core work, cardio conditioning, mobility and balance, and agility drills—all tailored to you.
Whether you're local year-round or spending the summer out East, I work with clients looking to stay consistent.
Outside of our sessions, you'll have the option to also receive ongoing support and accountability through the TruCoach app, where I deliver custom workouts, track your progress, and keep you connected to your goals every step of the way.
