    Held outside from Memorial Day - Labor Day at The Hampton Synagogue in Westhampton Beach, Mazel Toned is a strength training class set to top pop hits from Israel and beyond!

    Join us under the tents on Fridays & Sundays as we stretch, schvitz, and kvetch!

    Turn your pool into your personal gym with Splash Strength—a 60-minute, full-body workout using noodles, water weights, and bodyweight for a fun, low-impact way to build strength and feel great. Available as a private 1:1 session or for small groups.

    These group strength classes focus on helping you get stronger, move better, and feel more confident. Through a mix of weights, bodyweight exercises, and functional movements, each class provides a full-body workout that can be adjusted for all fitness levels.
